 Valley Ranch is located in Irving, Texas and has been under continuous development since the seventies. When most people hear Valley Ranch the first thing they think of is the Dallas Cowboys. CFB ISD has four school sites, Tom Landry Elementary, Bernice Chatman Freeman Elementary, Barbara Bush Middle School, and Ranchview High School. Coppell’s ISD, Valley Ranch Elementary, was its first school in Valley Ranch.
Additionally, Valley Ranch has five child care facilities that provide extended learning services.

On any given day you will see many residents taking advantage of the five miles of scenic canal walkways. These lushly landscaped walkways are perfect for jogging or an afternoon stroll. Capital Consultants Management Corporation has been under contract to manage the community since 1991.
The property owners assumed control of the association from the declarant in 2001. The major goals of the owner controlled Master Board of Directors is to upgrade and complete the infrastructure and work towards construction of a new community facility. The Master Board Directors are appointed by the elected members of the Residential and Commercial Boards. |
