The Valley Ranch Board of Directors may create committees. Once the committee has been created, the board members will then solicit and appoint committee members.
Residents have the opportunity to create clubs within Valley Ranch. The Association will promote your club and provide space for club meetings. If you are interested in starting a new club, please fill out the Request Form and email to email@example.com. As a reminder, clubs must be open to all Valley Ranch residents.
The Architectural Review Committee consists of three volunteer residents and an architect who is a nonvoting member of the committee. Applications for exterior changes are submitted to the committee for review and approval.
Application fees may apply. The guidelines, application form, fees, and other information is available here. Please contact the Community Standards team if you have questions.
The Valley Ranch Green Club is dedicated to protecting and enhancing Valley Ranch's natural resources (trees, plants, parks, water) and wildlife (butterflies, birds, pollinators, fish, mammals) for a more beautiful, environmentally sustainable, and marketable community now and in the future.
We accomplish this by partnering with organizations like the National Wildlife Federation to certify our community as a Community Wildlife Habitat, Dallas County Master Gardeners to educate our residents, and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Services, Irving Flood Control District, LandCare and the VR HOA to manage our natural resources in a more sustainable manner.
The club was formed on November 2015 and meets every other month
