The Valley Ranch Board of Directors may create committees. Once the committee has been created, the board members will then solicit and appoint committee members.
Residents have the opportunity to create clubs within Valley Ranch. The Association will promote your club and provide space for club meetings. If you are interested in starting a new club, please fill out the Request Form and email to email@example.com. As a reminder, clubs must be open to all Valley Ranch residents.
The Valley Ranch Green Club is dedicated to protecting and enhancing Valley Ranch's natural resources (trees, plants, parks, water) and wildlife (butterflies, birds, pollinators, fish, mammals) for a more beautiful, environmentally sustainable, and marketable community now and in the future. We accomplish this by partnering with organizations like the National Wildlife Federation to certify our community as a Community Wildlife Habitat. If you would like to learn more, please visit their Facebookpage.
Connect with your neighbors through our walking club! Members will work with each other to plan meetings, create opportunities to engage with the community, and schedule walks. Contact your lifestyle director to join today by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Make your new neighbors feel at home by joining the Welcome Committee! The Association will provide supplies for the committee to make a welcome gift and the committee will deliver the gift and Association information to the new homeowners. Members are invited to help set up and greet families at the New Owner Orientations as well.
The Master Board of Valley Ranch has voted to appoint three to five seats to the Finance Committee. Qualifications are included in the charter.
