The Architectural Review Committee reviews all applications to determine if they are within the guidelines of the Association. The committee members are homeowners in Valley Ranch and each appointed member serves a one year term.
Please review each section below to ensure that your application is complete. Applications must be submitted online and all application supporting documents must be uploaded in PDF format.
Application fees may be paid online. Please click on the tab below “Architectural Review Fees”. You will need your account number to use the online payment system. If you do not know your account number, please call our office at (972) 869-1430 for assistance. Payments may also be dropped off at the office located at 8830 N. MacArthur Blvd, Suite 101 Irving, TX 75063.
