Charrise Mitchell | Community Standards Coordinator
A native of Detroit, Michigan, Charrise is a creative and active mother of two adult children, and grandmother to two beautiful grandchildren who was ready to turn a new page by relocating to Texas.
Charrise’s background in the healthcare industry, involving everything from operations to maintaining federal regulation standards, offered a nearly seamless transition into the homeowner association industry as community standards coordinator. “When I came into this industry, I was a blank slate. I get to see everything with fresh eyes, much like the homeowners,” Charrise explains. “When we can see from someone else’s point of view, it not only changes the conversation, it improves it.” Charrise’s work ethic and commitment to service has been a valuable addition to the team and resource for the community for two years.
Her heart and commitment to serve others is also evident in her charitable work to fight homelessness and hunger with Women’s Life Chapter #813 Columbus and as co-founder of a business woman’s networking group, Dinner with Divas.

Part of his responsibilities include collaboration with the committee and the owner to achieve uniformity with the guidelines while also allowing personal expression where suitable. It requires finesse and Ed has it in spades!
