Community Projects

The Valley Ranch Master Board of Directors has the privilege of serving the community by overseeing ongoing maintenance and seeking ways to enhance the community and its premier features.

Annually, the Board of Directors conducts a community tour and project workshop to plan and forecast projects for improvements and/or maintenance. Some of the projects for 2021 are listed below.  We continue to convert all canal walkways from asphalt to concrete, renovate landscape, repair or replace red brick walls, and make improvements to irrigation.  This year the bridges and tunnels are scheduled to be painted and railings repaired.

The freeze we experienced this year resulted in dead plants and trees.  Dead plants will be removed and replaced as plant materials become available.

As projects are completed, please explore this page for more details including before and after photos.
