The Valley Ranch Master Board of Directors has the privilege of serving the community by overseeing ongoing maintenance and seeking ways to enhance the community and its amenities. Replacement of the wooden planks on the bridge is complete. Wooden planks were replaced with a composite material that offers a 25-year warranty. All pedestrian bridges should be transitioned to the new planks by 2019.
The Hollows pond has a waterfall feature that was replaced and new stone was installed to enhance the appearance of this beautiful neighborhood feature.
Improvements to the pond will assist in reducing erosion and improving safety. These improvements have restored this favored community amenity and allowed us to hold Fishing with Dad earlier this year.
In addition, the Hollows entrance plant beds were redesigned and new plant materials were installed.
Welcome to Valley Ranch! The improvements to the south entrance of the community include a higher profile monument sign, stone flowerbed border, enhanced lighting of the monument, and cleaning/staining of existing brick and capstone. Landscape installation will begin in the fall.
