Architectural Review Committee
The Architectural Review Committee reviews all applications to determine if they are within the guidelines of the Association. The committee members are homeowners in Valley Ranch, and each appointed member serves a one-year term.

Application Fees
Application fees may be paid online. Please click on the tab below “Architectural Review Fees”. You will need your account number to use the online payment system. If you do not know your account number, please call our office at (972) 869-1430 for assistance. Payments may also be dropped off at the office located at 8830 N. MacArthur Blvd, Suite 101 Irving, TX 75063.

Architectural Review Fees
*2026 Design Guideline - Proposed Updates
Valley Ranch Association is proposing changes to the Design Guidelines to be approved by the Architectural Review Committee and Master Board of Directors at a Board meeting in August 2026.
Residents commented they want to see updated guidelines and stronger community standards to improve the quality of Valley Ranch. The proposed updates are to provide clarity, balance modernization for current materials and sustainability, as well as respect and support the long-term property values in our established 40+ year old properties.
