Master Association
The Master Board is responsible for implementing Valley Ranch CC&Rs. It also directs the management team, who oversees assessment collection, common area maintenance, and projects.

Residential Association
The Resident Board of Directors is responsible for the Lifestyle program and approves the Residential Association budget. The Residential Board appoints three directors to the Master Board.

Commercial Association
The role of the Commercial Board is to approve the Commercial Association budget and appoint two directors to the Master Board.
