Marty Whitaker
Executive Director
Marty is responsible for providing strategic leadership to establish long-range goals, plans, and policies. She is responsible for the successful operation of daily business and management direction of the Community Association required in the governing documents, any applicable state law and outlined in the CCMC management contract.
Marie Herrera
Community Manager
Marie handles the day-to-day operations and financial management of the Association and is responsible for the management of all Association vendors and contracts. She oversees the onsite team and executes board directives to make a meaningful impact on the Valley Ranch community.
Kristin Abercrombie
Lifestyle Director
Kristin coordinates all community programming for the community, including event planning, marketing, and general communications. She is responsible for the bi-annual community newsletter publication, The Voice of Valley Ranch e-newsletter, facilitation of community partnerships, and more.
DC Frederick
Maintenance Director
DC oversees all maintenance operations to keep Valley Ranch grounds in tip-top shape. He supervises the community's repair and upkeep of all common area grounds. He manages oversight of Association vendors and all major projects onsite. He maintains regular communication with The City of Irving and Irving Flood Control District 3.
Ray Orta
Assitant Maintenance Director
Ray assists the Maintenance Director in general oversight of all maintenance operations related to Valley Ranch. He primarily monitors common area irrigation and coordinates with the landscaping team for any necessary changes and repairs. Additional responsibilities include assistance in supervision of community repairs and general common area maintenance.
Ed Thompson
Community Standards Director
Ed oversees our Community Standards team to ensure residential properties are in compliance with Community Standards according to Association governing documents. He is the primary contact for all residential improvement applications.
Daphne Gonzalez
Community Standards Coordinator
Daphne works under the guidance of the Community Standards Director to ensure residential properties are in compliance with Community Standards according to Association governing documents. She works alongside homeowners to ensure compliance when violations are found while maintaining accurate records of compliance and inspections.
Autumn Butler
Operations Coordinator
Autumn is responsible for assessment collection, invoice and work order processing, account updates, resident questions, and many other administrative responsibilities. She communicates regularly with teams at our corporate office and serves as a support for residents, on-site staff, and the Board of Directors.
Jayden Ramirez
Lifestyle Coordinator
Jayden assists the Lifestyle Director with the coordination of community programming, including event planning, marketing, and general communications. In addition to this, he assists with a variety of administrative tasks and serves as general support for Valley Ranch and its residents.
