Confused about how to submit a design modification application? We're here to help! Before getting started, review the Design Guidelines to understand any modification limitations and ensure your project is in compliance.
 

Please review each section below to ensure that your application is complete. Applications must be submitted online, and all supporting documents must be uploaded in PDF format. 

 

Architectural Review Committee
The Architectural Review Committee reviews all applications to determine if they are within the guidelines of the Association. The committee members are homeowners in Valley Ranch, and each appointed member serves a one-year term.
 

Application Fees
Application fees may be paid online. Please click on the tab below “Architectural Review Fees”. You will need your account number to use the online payment system. If you do not know your account number, please call our office at (972) 869-1430 for assistance. Payments may also be dropped off at the office located at 8830 N. MacArthur Blvd, Suite 101 Irving, TX 75063.
 

Who do I contact?
If you have questions at any point while working to complete the application, email arcapplication@valleyranch.org for assistance. If the application is incomplete, there are questions, or more information is required (photos, etc.), a team member will contact you.
